The Process

• Service Preparation: Prepare and set up tables, ensuring all necessary items are present for a smooth dining experience.

• Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to promote an efficient and cohesive work environment.

• Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials, and suggest dishes that enhance the guest experience.

• Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery.

• Table Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

• +1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waittress or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
