As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, upholding and promoting high standards in service quality, and contributing to guest satisfaction. Collaborating with a dedicated housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months

Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, ensuring every detail meets the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.

• Linen and Supplies Management: Change bed linens, towels, and restock guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.

• Public Area Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness in hotel common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms.

• Quality Control: Inspect your work to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and consistently.

• Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies in your housekeeping cart.

• Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• +1 year of experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations

• English on a B1 level

• European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
