    *** This is a seasonal position for the Summer of 2026. Placements are starting in March 2026 until October/November 2026! ***

    As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie and managing a specific station in the kitchen, upholding and promoting high standards in food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene. Responsibilities

    • Food Preparation & Plating: Assist the Chef de Partie with preparing and cooking dishes for a specific kitchen section, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard and plated attractively.
    • Quality & Consistency: Uphold the quality and consistency of all dishes, following established recipes and culinary guidelines.
    • Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available.
    • Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef de Partie and the rest of the culinary team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere.
    • Learning & Development: Take initiative to learn new techniques and skills from senior chefs, actively contributing to personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

    • +1 year of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional environment
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
    • English on a B1 level
    • European citizenship or a Cyprus Resident Permit
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiasm and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
