The Process

Responsibilities
- Service Execution: Ensure all breakfast items are ready for service on time, maintaining a smooth and efficient breakfast operation.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Menu Participation: Contribute to the breakfast menu by suggesting new ideas or improvements to dishes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of all breakfast ingredients and place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work station, strictly adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
. Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
- English on a B2 level
- European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail
- Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
