The Process

Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist chefs and cooks with preparing ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and portioning.
- Kitchen Support: Aid in the plating and garnishing of dishes to support the efficient flow of service to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with all kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Inventory Management: Receive and store deliveries, organize pantry items, and assist with inventory counts.
- Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Waste Management: Assist with the proper disposal of food waste, recyclables, and other kitchen refuse.
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
- English on a B2 level
- European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail
- Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
