    We are recruiting experienced Restaurant Managers for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

    *** This is a seasonal position for the Summer of 2026. Placements are starting in March 2026 until October/November 2026! ***

    As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations, upholding and promoting the highest standards in service quality, guest satisfaction, and strategic team leadership. Collaborating with a dedicated service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.     Minimum Stay: 4 months

    Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

    The Process

Responsibilities

    • Team leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high performance.
    • Operational management: Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
    • Guest relations: Oversee all aspects of guest satisfaction, addressing all inquiries and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
    • Staff development: Design, implement, and lead staff onboarding and training programs to ensure team readiness and efficiency.
    • Financial management: Oversee and manage budgets, monitor sales, and control costs to improve overall profitability.
    • Compliance and standards: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies.
    • Strategic planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities and events to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

    • +1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a professional environment
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
    • English on a B2 level
    • European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiasm and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
