The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Structural Planning: Accurately interpret blueprints and engineering plans to plan and execute the erection of safe and stable scaffolding structures.

• Assembly & Disassembly: Precisely erect and dismantle scaffolding systems, including platforms, ladders, and safety rails, following established industry procedures.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to safety standards, building codes, and regulations, conducting frequent inspections for structural integrity.

• Material & Equipment Management: Prepare and manage all necessary tubes, couplers, and boards for each project, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

• Site Management: Proactively manage the work area to ensure it is clean, organized, and secure, including the proper handling and storage of materials and tools.

• +1 year of experience as a Scaffolder or similar role in a professional environment

• Drivers License category B

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in safety-critical environment
