    We are recruiting experienced and dedicated Bar Supervisors for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

    *** This is a seasonal position for the Summer of 2026. Placements are starting in March 2026 until October/November 2026! ***

    As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, upholding and promoting high standards in beverage quality, guest satisfaction, and team management. Collaborating with a dedicated bar team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional drinking and social experiences that leave a lasting impression.     Minimum Stay: 4 months

    Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

    The Process

Responsibilities

    • Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and a smooth workflow.
    • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the bar staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of performance.
    • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to the bar service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of beverages, spirits, and bar supplies, ensuring all necessary items are available and minimizing waste.
    • Quality Control: Uphold and promote high standards in drink preparation, presentation, and hygiene practices, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance.
    • Menu and Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure menu specials are communicated and that the bar is fully stocked.

Qualifications

    • +1 year of experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a professional environment
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
    • English on a B2 level
    • European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiasm and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
