    We are recruiting experienced and dedicated Pastry Chefs for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

    *** This is a seasonal position for the Summer of 2026. Placements are starting in March 2026 until October/November 2026! ***

    As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for crafting and preparing pastries, upholding and promoting high standards in food quality, creativity, and kitchen hygiene. Collaborating with a dedicated culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression.     Minimum Stay: 4 months

    Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

    The Process

Responsibilities

    • Menu Creation: Develop and create innovative dessert menus, pastries, and baked goods that align with the restaurant’s culinary vision and meet guest expectations.
    • Production and Quality Control: Oversee the daily production of all pastry items, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
    • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor the pastry team, fostering a creative and efficient work environment.
    • Inventory and Cost Management: Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, controlling costs and minimizing waste.
    • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized pastry section, ensuring strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination and a cohesive dining experience.

Qualifications

    • +1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional environment
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
    • English on a B1 level
    • European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiasm and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
