The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Client Consultation: Accurately interpret client requirements and electrical blueprints to plan and execute projects.

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures, and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

• Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local building regulations and safety standards.

• System Diagnostics: Use specialized tools to perform precise diagnostics and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and equipment.

• Site Management: Proactively manage the work area to ensure it is clean, organized, and secure, including proper handling of tools and materials.

• +1 year of experience as an Electrician or similar role in a professional environment

• Drivers License category B

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in safety-critical environment
