Responsibilities

    • Kitchen Leadership & Management: Take full responsibility for all kitchen operations, leading and managing the culinary team to ensure exceptional food quality and a seamless workflow.
    • Menu Creation & Innovation: Lead the creation and development of new menus, recipes, and specials, ensuring a creative and diverse dining experience.
    • Quality Control & Standards: Uphold and enforce the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation across all kitchen sections.
    • Staff Training & Development: Oversee the training, mentoring, and professional development of the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
    • Inventory & Financial Management: Take ownership of inventory management, cost control, and budget tracking to ensure profitability.
    • Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure all kitchen operations strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

    • +1 year of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional environment
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
    • English on a B2 level
    • European citizenship or a Cyprus Resident Permit
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
