The Process

• Childcare and Nurturing: Prepare and care for children according to their needs and established standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction.

• Quality Control: Check and guarantee the quality of the environment and care provided, maintaining high standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the family to promote an efficient and cohesive home environment.

• Activity Planning: Contribute to daily schedules and suggest new activities that enhance the children’s experience.

• Transportation: Drive children to and from various activities, appointments, and school.

• Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels for children’s needs, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and minimizing waste.

• Household Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized space, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, and assist with basic cleaning and cooking tasks.

• +1 year of experience as a Nanny or similar role in a professional environment

• Driving License

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
