The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Food Preparation: Assist chefs and cooks with preparing ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and portioning.

• Kitchen Support: Aid in the plating and garnishing of dishes to support the efficient flow of service to guests.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with all kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.

• Inventory Management: Receive and store deliveries, organize pantry items, and assist with inventory counts.

• Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations.

• Waste Management: Assist with the proper disposal of food waste, recyclables, and other kitchen refuse.

• +1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
