We are recruiting enthusiastic and hardworking Waiter / Waitress for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent table service, upholding and promoting high standards in service quality, guest satisfaction, and restaurant hygiene. Collaborating with a dedicated service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months
Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Section Management: Manage your assigned tables and section, ensuring they are properly set, clean, and stocked with necessary items like silverware and napkins.
- Restaurant Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waittress or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
- English on a B2 level
- European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
