The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Client Consultation: Accurately interpret design plans and client specifications to plan and execute tiling projects for floors, walls, and other surfaces.

• Installation & Maintenance: Precisely cut, lay, and set tiles of various materials, and apply grout to complete the installation and ensure a flawless finish.

• Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to building regulations and manufacturer specifications for materials and installation.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by ensuring they are clean, level, and stable, including the application of waterproofing membranes or other necessary underlays.

• Site Management: Proactively manage the work area to ensure it is clean, organized, and secure, including proper handling and storage of tiling materials and tools.

• +1 year of experience as a Tiler or similar role in a professional environment

• Drivers License category B

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in safety-critical environment
