We are recruiting experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisors for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, upholding and promoting high standards in service quality, guest satisfaction, and team management. Collaborating with a dedicated service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months
Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and a smooth workflow.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of performance.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to the dining experience, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and resources, ensuring all necessary items are available and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Uphold and promote high standards in food and service quality, presentation, and hygiene practices, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance.
- Menu and Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure menu specials are communicated and that the restaurant is fully prepared for service.
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
- English on a B2 level
- European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
