The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Customer Service: Assist customers with finding products, answer questions, and provide a positive shopping experience.

• Shelf Stocking: Replenish products on shelves, ensuring items are correctly priced and rotated.

• Checkout Operations: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately.

• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the store, including aisles and checkouts.

• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing stock in the backroom, and conducting stock checks.

• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product locations, promotions, and new arrivals to better assist customers.

• +1 year of experience as a Supermarket Employee or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of customer service and hygiene regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
