As an Assistant Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for assisting with daily restaurant operations, upholding and promoting high standards in service quality, and contributing to guest satisfaction. Collaborating with a dedicated service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months

Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Team collaboration: Work closely with the service team to provide seamless and efficient service.

• Service assistance: Assist in daily restaurant operations, including preparing tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing dishes.

• Guest service: Greet guests warmly, respond to their requests, and ensure their dining experience is pleasant.

• Section support: Support the Waiter/Waitress in managing their section and fulfilling tasks.

• Order accuracy: Assist in taking accurate orders and ensuring they are delivered correctly.

• Service standards: Uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and hygiene.

• Preparation and setup: Assist with the preparation and setup of the dining area before and after service.

• +1 year of experience as an Assistant Waiter / Waitress or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
