We are recruiting diligent and efficient Dishwashers for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, upholding and promoting high standards in dish organization, and contributing to overall kitchen efficiency. Collaborating with a dedicated kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months
Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Sanitization: Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils, ensuring a constant supply of clean items is available for the team.
- Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dishwashing station, sinks, and surrounding floors.
- Waste Management: Assist with waste disposal and recycling in the kitchen, ensuring proper sorting and removal.
- Operational Support: Unload and store deliveries, and assist with general kitchen duties as needed to support the culinary team.
- Reporting: Promptly report any issues with dishwashing equipment or low stock of supplies to the supervisor.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as a Dishwasher or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
- English on a B1 level
- European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail
- Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
