The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Vehicle Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose vehicle issues, interpreting service manuals and diagnostic codes to plan and execute repairs and maintenance.

• Repair & Maintenance: Precisely perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of vehicle parts and systems, including engines, brakes, and transmissions.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to automotive safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and environmental regulations.

• Parts & Tool Management: Prepare and manage all necessary parts and tools for each repair, ensuring the work bay is organized and ready for the next job.

• Workshop Management: Proactively manage the work area to ensure it is clean, organized, and secure, including the proper handling and storage of tools and parts.

• +1 year of experience as a Car Mechanic or similar role in a professional environment

• Drivers License category B

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in safety-critical environment
