The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Formwork & Structural Planning: Accurately interpret blueprints and engineering plans to plan and construct concrete formwork for foundations, columns, and walls.

• Assembly: Precisely cut, shape, and assemble materials to build and reinforce concrete forms that are structurally sound and meet design specifications.

• Concrete Placement Support: Work closely with the concrete pouring team to ensure proper placement and vibration of concrete, and monitor the curing process to prevent defects.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to building codes and safety regulations, conducting frequent inspections of formwork for stability and integrity.

• Material & Site Management: Proactively manage the work area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and secure, including proper handling and storage of materials and tools.

• +1 year of experience as a Concrete Carpenter or similar role in a professional environment

• Drivers License category B

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in safety-critical environment
