As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and preparing beverages, upholding and promoting high standards in drink quality, guest satisfaction, and bar hygiene. Collaborating with a dedicated bar team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional drink experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months

Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and craft beverages according to established standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.

• Quality Control: Check and guarantee the quality of ingredients and finished beverages, maintaining high standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the bar team to promote an efficient and cohesive work environment.

• Menu Participation: Contribute to menu creation and suggest new drinks that enhance the guest experience.

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for your bar section, ensuring all necessary ingredients are available and minimizing waste.

• Bar Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized bar space, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

• +1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
