As a Room Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily room service operations, upholding and promoting high standards in service quality, delivery, and team management. Collaborating with a dedicated service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months

Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

• Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of the room service department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all orders to guests.

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the room service team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of performance.

• Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to room service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring all necessary items are available and minimizing waste.

• Quality Control: Uphold and promote high standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene practices, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance.

• Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.

• +1 year of experience as a Room Service Supervisor or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations

• English on a B1 level

• European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
