We are recruiting experienced and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes, upholding and promoting high standards in food quality, creativity, and kitchen hygiene. Collaborating with a dedicated culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months
Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

The Process

Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Plating: Assist the Chef de Partie with preparing and cooking dishes for a specific kitchen section, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard and plated attractively.
- Quality & Consistency: Uphold the quality and consistency of all dishes, following established recipes and culinary guidelines.
- Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef de Partie and the rest of the culinary team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere.
- Learning & Development: Take initiative to learn new techniques and skills from senior chefs, actively contributing to personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
- English on a B1 level
- European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
