We are recruiting experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie for prestigious 4-star and 5-star Hotels in Kos Island, Chalkidiki, and Corfu Island in Greece – Accommodation is included for Free!

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, upholding and promoting high standards in food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene. Collaborating with a dedicated culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression. Minimum Stay: 4 months
Working Schedule: 6 days a week / 26 days a month / 8h per day

Responsibilities
- Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and established standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
- Quality Control: Check and guarantee the quality of ingredients and finished dishes, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to promote an efficient and cohesive work environment.
- Menu Participation: Contribute to menu creation and suggest new dishes that enhance the dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels for your section, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are available and minimizing waste.
- Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
- English on a B2 level
- European citizenship or a Greek Resident Permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail
- Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
