The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are clean and sanitized.

• Service Support: Maintain a consistent supply of clean kitchenware to directly support the seamless flow of service to guests.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to manage the flow of dirty dishes and expedite the availability of clean items.

• Inventory Management: Organize and return cleaned items to their proper storage locations, ensuring everything is readily accessible.

• Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, adhering strictly to hygiene and safety regulations.

• Waste Management: Assist with the proper disposal of waste and recyclables from the kitchen area.

• +1 year of experience as a Dishwasher or similar role in a professional environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
