As a Plasterboarder, you will be responsible for your work, maintaining the highest standards of plasterboarding, installation, and project quality. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, all united by a commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable plasterboarding solutions. The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Client Consultation: Accurately interpret blueprints and client specifications to plan and execute plasterboard installation projects.

• Installation & Finishing: Precisely measure, cut, and install plasterboard sheets, and apply plaster and finishes to create a smooth, seamless wall or ceiling.

• Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to building regulations and manufacturer specifications for materials and installation.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by ensuring framing is sound and ready for installation, and by applying jointing compounds and sanding for a perfect finish.

• Site Management: Proactively manage the work area to ensure it is clean, organized, and secure, including proper handling and storage of materials and tools.

• +1 year of experience as a Plasterboarder or similar role in a professional environment

• Drivers License category B

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations

• English on a B2 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in safety-critical environment
