The Process

Our selection process is designed to be seamless and remote, prioritizing your safety and convenience. From the moment you submit your application to your first day at work, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

• Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished product levels, ensuring all necessary components are available for the production process and minimizing waste.

• Production Tasks: Execute production tasks according to specifications and quality standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency in every batch.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to promote an efficient and cohesive work environment.

• Quality Control: Inspect and guarantee the quality of raw materials, products throughout the production line, and finished goods.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate production machinery and tools, adhering to all operational guidelines.

• Production Area Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized production space, ensuring adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations.

• Experience in a production environment (a bonus, but not mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of satefy regulations

• English on a B1 level

• European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

• Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
