    The Process

Responsibilities

    • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and friendly service.
    • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve snacks and drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
    • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the snack bar area, including counters and equipment, ensuring adherence to hygiene regulations.
    • Stock Monitoring: Check inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies to support continuous operation.
    • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to create a supportive and efficient work environment.
    • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

    • +1 year of experience as a Snack Bar Employee or similar role in a professional environment
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations
    • English on a B2 level
    • European citizenship or a Dutch Resident Permit
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and resilience in high-volume environments
